UPDATE: Confirmed! Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici will start trying for kids within the next year. The Bachelor newlyweds appeared on the March 3 episode of The Bachelor, "The Women Tell All," and they told Chris Harrison exactly what their plans for babymaking are. “I think in the next 12 months, we’ll probably start trying,” Sean said. Catherine agreed. ”He’s old,” she quipped. Hey, whatever their reason for starting to procreate, we'll take it! Sean and Catherine are going to make some seriously adorable babies.
Original story, February 5: First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici’s first-born about nine months later… Or, at least, that’s how it seems the freshly married couple is planning on getting things done.
The gorgeous Bachelor Season 17 pair has been married for only a little over a week, and already they can’t wait to start a family. Catherine tells Us Weekly that she’s hot to trot, when it comes to putting a seedling in her crop bed. “I want five kids,” she said, adding that they’re all set. “We’re not getting any younger. We have to start soon.”
So, just how soon? Within the next year, it seems. While we’re not surprised that the two cuties who waited until marriage to have sex would be interested in two-a-days for a while to get into baby-making mode, we are a little shocked that they seem to be throwing out a bit of a mixed message.
Back in December, Sean told OK! (via RadarOnline) “We want to enjoy being married and be just the two of us. That would allow us to travel and do different things.” The pair just returned from their week-long honeymoon in Bora Bora, but that’s not exactly a whole lifetime of travel stories to live on.
Catherine joked that with five kids in her mind, the 27-year-old and her 30-year-old hubs are going to need to hit the bed pronto. “[T]he number of babies I want keeps growing. We have to start earlier if we’re going to have five,” she said in December about their ticking clock.
Well, whatever Sean and Catherine decide, we know they’ll be great parents. They’ve already taken superb care of their two precious dogs. But hey, guys? Make sure you come up for air every once in a while — we’d hate to forget what you look like!
