Kat Graham Flaunts Sexy Abs During a Killer Workout in Los Angeles (PHOTOS)

Kat Graham has always had a phenomenal figure, but these days she’s looking better than ever! The Vampire Diaries actress showed off her incredible body — perfect shoulders, toned arms, and a flat tummy! — during a workout on Saturday, May 17.

The 24-year-old actress was photographed wearing a neon yellow sports bra and Under Armour shorts while exercising in the park with health coach Crosby Tailor. According to his website, Crosby is a renowned chef, herbalist, and nutritional expert, as well as a Wilhelmina model. He has also “unearthed the secret to baking delectable sugar-free desserts that burn fat, boost brain activity, and regulate your hormone levels.”

Earlier that day, Kat took to Instagram to share a shot of Crosby’s famous cookies. “Starting off the day with my health coach @crosbytailor's sugar free superfood fat burning cookies!” she wrote alongside a close-up photo of the treats.

The workout comes just two days after the unexpected Season 5 finale of TVD, which ended with Damon and Bonnie ensconced in a white light. “Watched the finale,” Kat wrote on Twitter after the show. “In tears. So proud of my beautiful cast members’ work, our dedicated crew, and the mind and passion of our writers.”

Though viewers were undoubtedly shocked by the ending, heartbroken fans can rest assured that Kat will definitely be back for Season 6!

“I think the ending of the episode is meant to be left up deliberately for speculation of what exactly did happen,” teased executive producer Julie Plec. “We will definitely see Ian Somerhalder and Kat Graham on the show. I mean, there’s a million different ways that you can do that. But as far as in what context — how, why, and where — that’s part of the mystery.”
